Friend tools

Send friend requests by email, filter your list, and (later) manage advanced social tools.

This looks up a hunter in public_users and creates a hunter_friend_requests row. They’ll see it on their Friends page and can accept or deny.

Block list (placeholder)

We’ll wire this up once hunter_blocks exists in Supabase and RockFriendsSystem exposes block / unblock helpers.
